Guacamole Recipe

2 avocados
1 scallion, sliced
1/2 red onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 red chili pepper, toasted and crushed
juice of 1 lime
1/2 tomato, diced
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
salt to taste

Cooking Instructions
1. Peel and pit the avocados and place in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse on and off until slightly pureed.

2. Transfer the pureed avocado to a bowl and combine with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste.

This recipe serves: 20 | Preparation time: 15 minutes
